An Integrative Approach to Practicing Medicine
Erik Lundquist M.D.
Dr. Lundquist has a special interest in integrative and holistic medicine. He is currently a member of the American Holistic Medical Association as well as the Institute of Functional Medicine. He specializes in thyroid disorders, chronic fatigue and adrenal fatigue, migraine headaches, women’s health including bioidentical hormones, type 2 diabetes/metabolics syndrome, nutritional medicine, functional medicine and preventive medicine. He currently provides classes in nutrition and weight loss.
He attended Occidental College in LA where he graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology and Biology. He recieved his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Lundquist spent 8 years on active duty with the Navy serving in Iraq as a battalion surgeon with the Marine Corps as well as serving for 3 years at a Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy.
Dr. Lundquist is Board Certified with the Academy of Family Physicians as well as with the American Board of Integrative in Holistic Medicine. He cares for newborns, children, teens, adults and seniors. He is fluent in Portuguese and Italian.
