So far so good. Only a few sugar cravings. I almost always get them at night, therefore I had a plum with some almonds before bed. Tonight it will be banana with coconut oil. Quinoa pasta with broccoletti made for a tasty dinner. If you don’t know about CSA’s (community supported agriculture) I would strongly check them out. I have used both Inland Empire CSA (http://www.inlandempirecsa.com/) and Harvest 2 U (https://harvest2u.com/) with good results (only not at the same time).
